Nature is our living space - that's why we should take care of it. Living and producing sustainably is firmly anchored in the pedag brand philosophy. Finding the right balance between what is technically possible, a comfortable lifestyle and environmentally friendly products is a task we are passionate about. We regularly optimize our formulations, use predominantly natural ingredients and prefer water as a solvent in order to live up to our responsibility for people and nature.

Handmade in our factory

Walking on pedag soles puts a smile on your face. The pleasant feeling is the result of real handwork. From the selection of the material to cutting, punching, embossing, shaping and laminating to sewing and packaging, a sole goes through many hands. Each employee takes the greatest care and invests what no machine can do: Heart and soul and passion.

In 1955, the company's founder, Hartmut Schelchen, started selling insoles and shoe care accessories.
