pedag - Why a foot support?
A footbed supports the foot in various places and brings it into the right balance. Heel padding, forefoot padding and supporting elements ensure that your feet stay fit for a long time. Existing foot complaints are thus alleviated. A foot support can even help to prevent the development of foot problems such as flat feet or splayfoot.
The perfect solution for every foot problem
Foot supports are available for different requirements and seasons with different equipment: for summer, for example, made of airy but cushioning sisal and pleasant cotton terry cloth, for hiking with a tread made of robust felt and a strong active carbon filter against foot odor.
When there is less space in the shoe, soles (also called insoles) are the right choice. They are also available for different requirements and seasons with different features and strengths. In winter, when the feet freeze quickly and get cold, insoles made of cuddly lambskin or 100% wool warm the feet.
The pedag range of insoles includes thermal insoles for the winter, barefoot insoles for the summer, gel insoles, gel pads and toe protection products for particularly sensitive feet, activated carbon soles for foot odour control, heel pads, heel cushions for a cushioned step, half soles, flap pads, heel holders and strappy holders for a perfect fit, soles and footbeds for children and soles and oversized footbeds.

Most of our insoles are "Made in Germany" and are handcrafted at our location in Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin with great attention to detail. We prefer to use natural materials such as leather, cotton, jute felt, bamboo or sisal. They are particularly breathable, absorb moisture and ensure natural well-being and an optimal climate in the shoe.
