How can such a thin flatfoot insole help with burning feet? The latex pad provides relief for flatfeet in two ways: the seamlessly integrated anatomical pad (pelotte) supports and relieves pressure on the lowered transverse arch of the foot, while the entire ball of the foot is softly cushioned.
Since the high-quality latex is permanently elastic, you’ll feel this relief for a long time.
Does the cushioned leather sole fit in any shoe? The sole is extra thin, so it fits in any women’s shoe. It’s less than 1 mm thick at the heel, and 2.5 mm in the forefoot is enough to provide comfortable cushioning. The seamlessly integrated pad gently lifts the sagging transverse arch, so many customers happily report that their feet regain a slimmer silhouette and their shoes fit better.
Is this splayfoot pad also suitable for high heels? Because it’s barely noticeable and provides such good cushioning in the forefoot, it’s perfect for high heels. The higher the heel, the more weight is placed on the sensitive forefoot, the transverse arch, and the metatarsophalangeal joints. This makes the relief provided by the cushion and the flatfoot pad all the more noticeable.
For this reason, a large self-adhesive strip is attached to the back. Even with high heels, the splayfoot insert stays securely in place inside the shoe. The perfect high-heel insert.
Self-adhesive leather sole = slip-resistant at any heel height. Our insoles for pumps are self-adhesive so they won’t slip—no matter how high the heel is. It’s child’s play: When inserting the insole, simply peel off the film on the underside to expose the adhesive surface. Place it at the back of the heel, align it straight toward the toe, and press it down from back to front.
Why is this splayfoot pad made of genuine leather? The natural, vegetable-tanned leather has properties similar to our skin: it breathes, retains moisture, and prevents heat buildup. This way, the leather insole ensures a comfortable environment inside the shoe.
Can I swap out the insole? To ensure a perfect fit in the shoe, even with higher heels, the pedag Lady is equipped with a self-adhesive film. Therefore, it cannot be transferred from one shoe to another.
Experience has shown that the pedag Lady lasts just as long as the shoes themselves. If you still need to remove the insole from the shoe, you can do so provided the shoe manufacturer’s insole is securely glued in place: carefully loosen it along the edge and slowly peel it off from the heel toward the toe. If necessary, gently warm it with a hair dryer.
