High school students visit Schelchen GmbH
26.03.2019 | This year Schelchen GmbH is participating more and more in the Future Day for girls and boys in Brandenburg. As part of a 6-hour programme entitled "pedag products - from purchasing to production to the end of the world", we are giving pupils from the upper school classes in the Dahme-Spreewald region an insight into professional practice. Of course, tips for later career orientation and the search for a training place should not be missing.
On guided tours especially prepared for students, they can take a look at current production. There are leather hides to touch and the students can observe the production of an insole from the first step to the finished product in its packaging.
The students will also visit the purchasing, sales and IT departments as well as the warehouse and shipping department of the company, which exports to around 50 countries. At the end of the tour, each student can take along information material on the subject of applications, in particular important application tips, about training with Schelchen and, of course, a pair of suitable insoles.
At the same time, all visitors will have the opportunity to interview the trainees and find out at first hand everything about the training opportunities offered by Schelchen GmbH. A company that owns the Brandenburg Apprenticeship Award and the IHK seal of approval for excellent training.
