A good feeling for your feet - Our interview on Klassik Radio
On Sunday 28 July, we were a guest on Klassik Radio Selfcare Talk with our products. The programme focused on our feet - a topic that is often neglected, although it is of great importance for our daily well-being. Our Managing Director Ines Bürger talked about the importance of foot health and pedag's innovative solutions.
Focus on foot health
Did you know that 63 per cent of the population suffer from foot complaints? Cold feet, burning bunions or pain in the forefoot are just some of the common complaints. pedag offers a simple and comfortable solution for many of these foot problems. Ines Bürger emphasised: "Our products are designed to alleviate existing foot complaints and prevent future problems."
Moisturising feet and activated carbon filter
Sweaty feet can be a problem, especially in summer or during sporting activities. At pedag, we offer an excellent solution for this:
pedag active carbon filter: These special insoles contain activated charcoal, which neutralises unpleasant odours and ensures dry, fresh feet. The principle of action is similar to that of the extractor bonnet above the cooker in the kitchen.

As Ines Bürger explained: ‘The right footbed can support the foot in different places and bring it into the right balance. Ines Bürger emphasised: "We have thermal insoles for the winter, barefoot insoles and footbeds for the summer made of airy sisal and cotton terrycloth and products that contain a strong activated carbon filter to combat foot odour."

Our insoles are "Made in Germany" and are handmade at our site in Königs Wusterhausen with great attention to detail. We prefer to use natural materials such as leather, cotton, bamboo or sisal. These materials are particularly breathable, absorb moisture and ensure a natural feeling of well-being and an optimum climate in the shoe.
