You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or have taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods within the scope of a uniform order and the goods or goods are delivered in a total delivery

You may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall promptly and promptly refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery from the one we offer);This payment shall be made without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this payment we shall use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event shall you be charged for this payment. We may refuse payment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

They shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for the examination of their nature, properties and functionality.

Special return instructions

In order to ensure fast processing, the customer is requested to return the received goods to Schelchen using the returns form available on our website under "Return", always post-paid and complete with the original packaging. However, compliance with these requirements does not affect the validity of the revocation in accordance with the above instructions on revocation.

Please note: The removal of our care products is only possible with an unsealed seal.

The costs for the return are at the expense of the customer.
